Call forwarding not working to mobile phone

I am trying to setup x-lite to transfer incoming calls to my mobile telephone but its not working as expected. When I set a number in the box for forwarding and I try to phone my own voip telephone number, it goes into my voicemail box instead of being forwarding out to my mobile phone number.
