Talkswitch caller id problem

When I call out via SIP on my voip provider my caller name and number is not being displayed as per what I setup in the talkswitch, how do I fix this?

Its possible that your voip provider is overwriting the caller name and number you transmit to them over SIP. Its also possible that your have a caller name set in the CNAME database already that some carriers will use when terminating calls to them. If this number was ported that might be the case.
